To ask the Minister for Health the support the Health Service Executive offers to persons who live a considerable distance from a hospital, and who have no means of transport to take them to an appointment at a hospital, who have to attend regular appointments; the criteria used to decide a patient's eligibility for any support from the HSE; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
