To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No 146 of 15 March 2012 if he has commissioned a report in relation to an outbreak of Clostridium Difficile at a hospital (details supplied) in County Louth in 2010; if that report has been completed; if the report has been forwarded to him; the outcome and findings of that report; if any patient deaths were related or linked to the outbreak; and if so, the number of same; if the report will be made public; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The HSE commissioned a report into the outbreak of Clostridium difficile in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. I understand that this report is not yet finalised. I am not in a position to comment on the contents of the report until such time as it has been presented to me.
