To ask the Minister for Health his plans to provide staff and all other facilities to make St Francis Hospice Blanchardstown operational, Dublin; his views on whether opening the 24 bed facility is an important unused step down facility that could reduce pressure on local hospitals; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
