To ask the Minister for Health if a care provider (details supplied) in County Louth was engaged by the Health Service Executive to train staff; the reason the training was outsourced; its cost; and his views on whether such practices are cost effective considering that most HSE training takes place within HSE facilities; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
