To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if she will supply a list of all Labour Court recommendations that have been issued in respect of her Department and organisations under her aegis that have not been complied with in full; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [37748/12]

My Department was established on 2nd June 2012 and since then no such Labour Court recommendations have been issued.
