I attach a breakdown of the data requested by the deputy. I am informed that the number of postgraduate enrolments has been gradually increasing in HEA funded institutions over the last five years with an overall increase of 26% between 2006/07 and 2010/11. There has however been a slight decrease in full-time postgraduate enrolments (-1%) between 2009/10 and 2010/11. Part-time enrolments between these years has remained stable.
