Question 575: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if his attention has been drawn to the fact that foreign national prisoners held in prisons here are not allowed to write or telephone family members in languages other than English; the way this policy can be reconciled with the right to respect for family life of those prisoners; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
