Question 503: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will consider including Falcarragh Waste Water Treatment Plant in Capital funding Programme for 2013, considering full planning permission has been obtained for the project and estimated costs indicate the project costing €1.6m, this would elevate the severe pollution of Ballyness Bay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Falcarragh Sewerage Scheme is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2010 – 2013 as a scheme to advance through planning.

Donegal County Council's Preliminary Report for this scheme was recently submitted to my Department. This report is under examination at present and a decision on the matter will be made as soon as possible.
