Question 400: To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the reason Dalkey Island an important asset to the heritage of Dublin, remains closed to the public; if he will ensure that the necessary funding is available to Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council to allow visitors to this Island; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
