I propose to take Questions Nos. 160 and 161 together.

Under section 30 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 -2011 I am precluded from exercising any power or control in relation to any particular case with which a planning authority or An Bord Pleanála is or may be concerned. Accordingly, it would not be appropriate to comment on the specific case in question.
