I confirm that the department is in receipt of an application for carer's allowance from the person in question.

On the 6th July 2012, a deciding officer from this department requested further information from the person in question. On return of all requested information, a deciding officer will investigate all aspects of the case and a decision will be made.

The person concerned will be notified directly of the outcome.
