The customer concerned qualifies for a hearing aid grant under the Department's treatment benefit scheme. The grant available is 50% of the cost of a hearing aid, subject to a maximum of €500 per aid.

The application form can be collected at the audiologist's clinic that she chooses to attend for treatment.
