Question 241: To ask the Minister for Health the reason that those who answer the primary care reimbursement service dedicated TD line cannot answer important questions, they must send the request on to a processing section and wait for them to return with the required information, requests that have been sent on as a priority at least four times after two or three weeks still have not been responded to (details supplied) by the processing section; the way he intends to deal with this problem as it is unsatisfactory; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
