Question 264: To ask the Minister for Health if he will clarify the position in which a person who previously held a medical card and upon review was granted a general practitioner card and then subsequently sought a review or appeal of that decision, if the medical card remains valid or active pending the outcome of that appeal; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
