The school referred to by the Deputy submitted an application for funding under my Department's Emergency Works Scheme. This application was refused as the scope of works for which funding was sought was outside the terms of the scheme. An appeal has recently been received and is currently being examined by my Department. The school authority will be notified of the decision as soon as possible.
