I would like to advise the Deputy that Questions relating to the cost of policing events fall within the remit of the Minister for Justice & Equality. The Garda Commissioner is the Accounting Officer for the Garda Vote. In that context I have sought information from the Garda authorities in relation to the matters raised in this Question and I will contact the Deputy when I receive their response.
