Question 113: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if, in view of the woman's aid annual statistics report 2011, which highlights the significant increase in the number of children who witnesses domestic violence and experience assault themselves, if he intends to provide children with a greater voice before the courts, as recommended in the UN convention on the rights of the child; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
