Question 48: To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will provide a list of the State agencies in which the Government has not made an appointment to a State body when a vacancy has arisen in view of the fact that it is clearly necessary to consider changes in the function or structure of the Board. In relation to the agencies under the remit of my Department there has been no instance in which an appointment to a State body has not been made where a vacancy has arisen.
