Question 227: To ask the Minister for Health following the signing into law of the Protection Employees (Temporary Agency Workers) Bill on 16 May 2012, the steps being taken by the Health Service Executive to ensure that workers it employs via agencies receive the same basic pay as their directly employed comparators; and if he will have any pay shortfall backdated as appropriate.
