Question 142: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government his views on whether there is quite a substantial amount of revenue to be raised by collecting the non principal private residence from the many persons who are living outside the country but who are liable to pay these charges in view of the fact that they own property here in which they do not reside.
