Question 216: To ask the Minister for Finance following the recent publication of a special report by the Comptroller and Auditor General, the adjustment, if any, that have been made by the National Asset Management Agency in respect of the €5bn payment made for the acquisition of loans on an interim basis pending completion of valuation and due diligence. In respect of the €5 billion payment made in the final quarter of 2010 for the acquisition of loans on an interim basis pending completion of valuation and due diligence, I am advised by NAMA that the adjustment will be an overall clawback of €142 million from the institutions with due diligence and loan valuations now finalised.
