Question 588: To ask the Minister for Health if he will explain the circumstances in which Fingal Home Care Services notified a number of their clients of an immediate cessation of services due to budget cuts, and that these services were withdrawn with no notice, leaving families in dire straits; and if he will explain the steps he intends to take to ensure that this does not take place again and that service levels are restored [28025/12]
