Question 410: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the position regarding a dispute resolution application (details supplied) in County Mayo which is being handled by the private residential tenancies board, to request that the processing of the application be expedited owing to the severe adverse effect the matter of disturbance from neighbours is having on the applicants' health and well being; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
