Question 993: To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the proposals he has to increase the amount of tourists visiting County Kerry over the next number of years; the programme of work he has in mind to promote the county as the tourism capital of Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The matter raised is an operational matter for the tourism agencies - Fáilte Ireland and Tourism Ireland. I have referred the Deputy's Question to the agencies for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive replies from the agencies within ten working days.
