Question 758: To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cork has not been paid all of their entitlements under their 2011 single farm payment; if they are entitled to stack all of their entitlements on their eligible land holding; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application under the 2011 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 3 May 2011. The person named planted forestry on part of their holding in 2011 which required clarification from Forestry Division before this land could be deemed eligible for Single Payment purposes.
I am pleased to say that all of these matters have been resolved thereby allowing the balancing payment to issue shortly under the next 2011 Scheme payment run.
