The number of jobseeker's allowance applications that were disallowed between 1 January 2012 and 30 April 2012 on the basis of a failure to satisfy the habitual residence condition was 609. The monthly breakdown of this figure is as follows: January, 138; February, 189; March, 158; and April, 124.
