Question 273: To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if Enterprise Ireland has a vested interest in a company (details supplied); if this is compliant with competition regulations with reference to other similar trading companies competing for similar business; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The company concerned is a client company of Enterprise Ireland and the company have been supported as part of the enterprise development agenda of the agency. I am informed by the agency that the supports provided to the company are fully compliant with Irish legislation and EU State Aid rules.
