Question 140: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if it is acceptable that a young girl from Nigeria who was placed in foster care eight years ago had all services withdrawn including payment to the foster family when she reached the age of 18 and has been living here under the radar for the last five years as if she doesn't exist; the options available to this person to become a citizen with rights in this State; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
