Mountmellick sewerage scheme phases 2 & 3 are listed in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2010 – 2013 as schemes to progress through planning stages within the currency of the programme. Laois County Council have recently received confirmation of an Environment Impact Study from An Bórd Pleanála and a preliminary report for the scheme has been received in my Department.
