Question 180: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if he is satisfied that the human rights of persons (details supplied) all of whom are detained in Miami, Florida, are being upheld; if he has discussed their case with the ambassador to the United States; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am aware of the cases to which the deputy refers. As I have made clear in previous replies, the government of Ireland has no standing in this matter.
