Question 88: To ask the Minister for Social Protection if her attention has been drawn to correspondence received by a person (details supplied) in County Kildare in relation to their proposed holiday having particular regard to recent correspondence to the effect that their entitlement for the period 29 June to 22 August 2011 is being investigated for over-payment notwithstanding the fact that all necessary requirements were complied with at the time; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
