Question 183: To ask the Minister for Health if he will examine the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry who following initial dental examination when attending primary school was deemed to be in need of orthodontic treatment and subsequently referred for same but was recently notified that the cut off point for remedial treatment was on reaching 16 years of age; if he will take into consideration that this criteria may be discriminatory under the current system.
