Question 244: To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding a request by a school (details supplied) in Cork for an increase in the size of a general purpose room as part of the design stage of a planned new school building (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. The building project for the school referred to by the Deputy is at an early stage of architectural planning. My Department is currently considering the school's request for an increase in the size of the GP room and will revert to the school authority shortly with a decision on the matter.
