During the period in question, a Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) was completed by my Department in relation to the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Bill 2011 for the introduction of combined text and photo warnings on tobacco products. The RIA was carried out prior to the draft heads of Bill going to Government for approval and was not published by my Department.
