I duly note the queries made by the Deputy during last Wednesday's committee stage debate in respect of Section 5, Sub-section 3, of the Social Welfare and Pensions Bill, 2012. Due to the detailed and comprehensive nature of these queries, and as discussed and agreed with the Deputy, officials in my Department are preparing an answer, and this will be issued as soon as possible.
