I refer to the reply to Question Nos. 441, 445, 446, 447, 463, 468, and 448 of 1 May 2012, which sets out the position on the water metering programme. Water meters will be installed in accordance with best practice and the contract documents will specify the appropriate requirements for the installation and reinstatement works.
