Question 299: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of persons convicted of a sexual offence who received specific rehabilitative training prior to their release in 2011; the number who were offered such training prior to their release and refused; the number who were released without being offered such training; the corresponding figures for 2010; if he will consider abolishing remission for such prisoners who refuse to avail of such training; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
