As the Deputy will be aware, the matter referred to in this question was addressed by my colleague, the Minister for Finance, Mr. Michael Noonan T.D. in his reply to the Deputy on 18 April 2012. I regret that I cannot add anything further to this reply only to say that the regulation of financial service providers does not fall within my remit as Minister for Justice & Equality.
