Question 221: To ask the Minister for Health the way the guidelines of the National Disability Unit of the Health Services Executive apply to the health and educational needs of children with autism and if it is the case that a report prepared by a HSE psychologist could be ignored by the Department of Education and Skills in respect of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 13; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
