Question 781: To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if his attention has been drawn to the Irish Rail Engineers Report into the flooding on the Dodder River, caused by the scaffolding on the railway bridge in October 2011; when will the report be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
