Question 687: To ask the Minister for Health the reason the Health Service Executive no longer carry out occupational therapy reports in respect of persons who are looking to have their local authority houses adapted on medical grounds; the choices that persons have who cannot afford a private assessment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
