Question 252: To ask the Minister for Health if he has fully investigated allegations of fire safety concerns at a hospital (details supplied) in County Cork including the reported use of combustible insulation material in the underground carpark; if he has also reviewed the comments of the local fire officer in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
