Question 290: To ask the Minister for Social Protection when it is expected that payments will be issued to employees of a company (details supplied) in respect to their claims awarded by the Rights Commissioner under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 following a hearing by the Commissioner in The Shirley Arms Hotel, Carrickmacross on 30 November 2011; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Insolvency payment claims, in relation to employees of the company, were received online by the Department on 14 February 2012. The Department is processing January claims at present.
