Question 133: To ask the Minister for Social Protection if her Department will take steps to ensure names are attached to all British old age pension transfers to individuals in order to avoid confusion in circumstances where more than one member of a credit union is in receipt of such transfers, in view of the fact that it is her Department through which recipients apply for the pension in the first instance and the Department may have contacts with its British equivalent. Question 134: To ask the Minister for Social Protection if her attention has been drawn to the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8 around whose British old age pension transfers some confusion has arisen because their name is not on the transfer; and if, given that her Department may have contacts with its British equivalents, she will take steps to ensure their name is attached to the transfers made into their credit union.
