Question 677: To ask the Minister for Health if he and or the Health Service Executive has had discussions with the Rehab Group regarding its employment policy in view of its failure to implement Labour Court recommendations; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15448/12]

The Rehab Group is an independent organisation grant-aided under Section 39 of the Health Act 2004. Staff in such agencies are not public servants and are not subject to public service pay rates and terms and conditions. Therefore, I have no function in the matter raised.
