Question 95: To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of drivers that have been fined under the 2011 Road Traffic Act for refusing to be tested for alcohol in the aftermath of a serious road collision which has caused death or serious injury; and if he will make a statement on the matter. In the time available it has not been possible for the Garda authorities to supply the information requested by the Deputy. I will be in contact with the Deputy when the information is to hand.
