Question 621: To ask the Minister for Health if it will be possible for the chief medical officer to meet with representatives of the Carers' Association in order to discuss the long delays in dealing with cases and the number of refusals that are being issued. [14336/12]

This matter comes under the remit of the Department of Social Protection. Having said that, any organisation wishing to meet the Chief Medical Officer should correspond directly with him.
