The new arrangements for the quorum for An Bord Pleanála were introduced through Section 41(b) of the Planning and Development Act, 2010 which came into operation on the 23 March 2011. Details of all cases decided by the Board since then can be obtained on the Board's website, www.pleanala.ie.

The information sought in the question is not available within my Department.
