Question 148: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the extent to which he has monitored sales of property by the National Asset Management Agency with a view to identifying the extent if any to which such residential property has been acquired by first time home buyers; the proportion of such disposals that have gone to investors; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
