Question 125: To ask the Minister for Social Protection if she will provide a detailed list of any State organisations, including non-commercial statutory bodies, which, since 1 January 2009, appointed a person to the post equivalent to chief executive officer or de facto Accounting Officer to such an office, who was, within 12 months of that appointment a member of the board of that organisation; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The three statutory bodies operating under the aegis of the Department are the Citizens Information Board, the Pensions Board and the Social Welfare Tribunal. In addition, the Office of the Pensions Ombudsman comes under the remit of the Department but it does not have a Board. Since 1 January 2009, no person who was a member of any of the above Boards within the preceding 12 months has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Accounting Officer or similar.
